Junbond® JBN1 is a synthetic rubber adhesive specially formulated for
construction applications. With excellent adhesion capabilities,
the product is ideally suited to most building materials including
concrete, galvanized metals, aluminium, and many different kinds of
wood.
Applications:
1- Wood to wood assemble application.
2- Metal joints to lumber, lumber and treated lumber.
3- Prefinished panels.
4- Bathroom fixtures.
5- Fiber glass shower enclosures.
6- Plastic and ceramic.
7- Metal brick, plaster, masonry, concrete, drywall, ceramic tile,
plywood, particleboard.
How to use:
Wipe the bonding surface of the object to be bonded clean and keep
dry.
Extrude the glue on the bonding surface (the amount of glue depends
on the area of the bonding surface). Open the bonding area several
times to speed up drying. Fast resume initial bonding.
Step 1. Please clean surface before use, cannot exist any oil water
stains, dusts or something dirty.
Step 2. Squeezing glue out, and suggest use it from middle to
outware, avoid bubbles.
Step 3. Please wait 5 minutes to be Located, 20 minutes can be
moving and 30 minutes solidifying completed.
Step 4. Different temperature and Sticky surface decides different
solidifying time, from 30 minutes to 72 hours.

Application Method:
1. Clean the construction surface to ensure no oil and stains, keep
surface clean and dry.
2. Pierce the nozzle with the nail on lid.
3. Apply the glue evenly on the adhesive surface.
4. Press the side with glue to the adhesive side and press both.
5. Pull both sides apart and press again, repeat this action for 10
seconds.
6. Press both together again and tap gently along the joint.
7. Stick the tape to fix it and remove the tape after 72 hours.
8. Unused glue, cleaning the rubber mouth, cover the lid and seal
it.

Reminder:
In winter, due to temperature, the gel curing time will increase,
so the normal gel curing time can prolong the gel aging period, and
the gel bonding strength has been enhanced. It is suggested that
the curing time of colloid should be 72 hours.
